Workers using the Betho's Instant Work LLC platform are independent contractors, not employees of Betho's Instant Work LLC or of the employers who post shifts. Workers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Betho's Instant Work LLC does not control the manner, means, or methods by which workers perform their duties beyond the requirements of the specific shift.
By claiming a shift, you commit to arriving on time, performing the duties described in the shift posting, and using the Platform's clock-in/clock-out system accurately. You represent that you possess all required qualifications, licenses, and certifications for the shift you claim.
All work hours must be recorded through the Platform's clock-in/clock-out system. Manual time entries are not accepted. If you experience technical issues with clocking in or out, notify the employer and Betho's Instant Work LLC support immediately. Failure to clock in will result in the shift being marked as a no-show. If you clock in but your supervisor never provides the sign-out code, you may sign yourself out from the Check-In page once 30 minutes have passed since the scheduled shift end; the Platform then completes the shift and records a separate $75 auto-sign-out amount owed to you.
You may cancel a claimed shift from your dashboard any time before you clock in; once an assignment has started, only the employer or the platform can end it. If the employer or the platform cancels your assignment with less than 2 hours' notice, or after you have already arrived, you are owed 2 hours of pay for that shift and the Platform records it as a pending payment automatically. Repeated late cancellations may result in account review or deactivation.
Failing to clock in for a claimed shift without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. No-shows are recorded on your assignment history and are visible to employers on your profile. Multiple no-shows may result in account suspension or deactivation. A no-show is not paid, since no hours are clocked, and the platform operator may raise it as a dispute on your record.
You are paid for the hours recorded by the Platform's clock-in/clock-out system and approved by the employer on your timesheet. The employer may adjust approved hours and must give a written reason for any adjustment. The rate applied is the hourly rate on your worker profile, or the posted shift rate if your profile does not set one. Betho's Instant Work LLC charges its platform fee to the employer on top of your pay; it is never deducted from the amount you earn. Payment is issued to your Worker Wallet when the employer releases the payout, and you withdraw funds to your own bank account through the connected payout provider.
For regulated positions (healthcare, warehouse, driving, HVAC) you must submit valid licenses and certifications through the Platform. You may claim a regulated shift only once your profile is verified and every credential the shift requires is on file with an expiry date in the future; healthcare shifts additionally require a cleared background-check result. You are responsible for keeping your licenses current and notifying the Platform of changes. Working without valid credentials is grounds for immediate account termination.
While on shift, you represent yourself and agree to: follow employer workplace policies and instructions; treat all individuals with respect; not engage in harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior; not use alcohol or illegal substances; and maintain confidentiality of employer business information.
Employers may rate and review your performance after each shift. Reviews are moderated before publication. Consistently low ratings may result in account review. You may dispute unfair reviews through the Platform's support system.
If you have a dispute about hours, pay, or working conditions, report it through the support chat in your dashboard as soon as possible after the shift and include any supporting evidence. The platform team records it as a dispute case, reviews it, and documents the resolution on that case. Unresolved disputes are handled under the dispute resolution terms of our Terms of Service.
Betho's Instant Work LLC may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; repeated no-shows or cancellations; working without valid credentials; harassment or unsafe behavior; or any conduct that harms the Platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform settings.
For questions about this Agreement, use the support chat in your dashboard, visit the Help Center, or call +1 (570) 328-9091.
